nach einer längeren Pause gibt's hier auch mal wieder was von mir.

Bei dieser Karte habe ich endlich mal wieder ein bisschen mehr Washi Tape verwendet! Das apfelgrüne Baker's Twine gefällt mir auch sehr gut dazu.

Für diese Karte habe ich wieder die wunderbare Blumen Stanze von Kesi Art benutzt, die finde ich absolut toll. Dazu ein schöner Sonnenuntergangs-Hintergrund mit Distress Stains, ein bisschen Vellum, und schon fertig!

For a sweet little girl

Heute schreibe ich meinen Post mal aus dem wunderbaren Berlin, hier bin ich nämlich gerade ein paar Tage unterwegs.

wir hatten vor kurzem die Taufe der kleinen Eva zu feiern, dazu brauchte es natürlich auch die richtigen Karten. Diese hier gab es von meinem Freund (dem stolzen Onkel + Paten) und mir.
Eigentlich bin ich ja gar nicht so der rosa Typ, aber bei kleinen Mädchen kann ich einfach nicht anders! Da muss einfach immer irgendwo, irgendwie, rosa mit rein!
Den Hintergrund hier habe ich mit Distress Inks (Spun Sugar + Victorian Velvet) und vieeel Wasser gemacht. Dazu habe ich endlich mal wieder einen Stempel von Purple Onion Designs verwendet - ich finde die kleine süße Poppy passt hier einfach perfekt dazu!

Today I write my post in the wonderful Berlin, because here I am at the moment, taking a few days out.
A few days ago, we celebrated the christening of a little girl called Eva. For sure, I had to make cards for this day. So this one she got from my boyfriend (the pride uncle and godparent) and me. Normally, I'm absolutely not in pinks, but when I have to make a card for a little baby girl, I always HAVE to add some pink.
For the watercolor background, I used Distress Inks (Spun Sugar + Victorian Velvet) and muuuuch water.
And finally, I used a Purple Onion Designs stamp again. These images are alle so cute, and I think sweet little Poppy is just perfect for a baby girl's card, don't you think so?

-Das ist heute schon Post Nr. 2!!-

Bei Keep it Simple! heißt es aktuell "Only Stickers", erst hab ich gedacht, oje, da bin ich dann draußen... aber da ich ja doch so ein paar Sticker habe, wollte ich es doch mal probieren... und als ich dann so geklebt habe, konnte ich gar nicht mehr recht aufhören, das hat richtig Spaß gemacht!

Diese hier war eigentlich als Hochzeitskarte gedacht, aber durch die Farben könnte ich sie mir jetzt auch gut als Baby Karte vorstellen - ich denke es ist beides ein Abenteuer :-)

The actual Keep it Simple! Challenge is all about stickers. At first, I thought, oh no, without me.. but then, after thinking a little bit, I wanted to try it out... and what should I say? It was really fun!
This card was planned to be a wedding card, but I think it would also work quite good as a baby card (it says "your adventure begins...) I think both, wedding and baby, are great adventures :-)

Das Stempelset "Make a Wish" von Mama Elephant habe ich ganz neu, und es ist einfach nur wunderbar!
Dazu habe ich noch ein paar Sterne von Winnie & Walter gestempelt. Die benutzten Dies sind auch von Mama Elephant (Femme Frames). Die Karte geht an eine Freundin, ich hoffe ihr (und euch) gefällt sie.

I'm here today with a card, that I quite really like. I used Mama Elephant "Make a Wish" stamp set for the first time, and it is just gorgeus! I also stamped some stars from Winnie + Walter. The Dies I used are from Mama Elephant, too. This card is for a good friend, I hope she (and you) like it.

This card participates at the actual Seize the Birthday-Challenge. They are searching for yellow birthday cards, so I think this is perfect :-)

ich bins mal wieder, und ich möchte euch gerne eine Karte zeigen, die ich letztens gemacht habe.
Dazu habe ich schönen kraft-farbenen Cardstock und einen Stempel vom Set "Cakes and Candles" von Avery Elle. Für die Sterne habe ich Strukturpaste mit Distress Ink Wild Honey eingefärbt und eine Schablone von Memory Box benutzt. Die Pinselstriche im Hintergrund sind von "Positive Strokes" von Paper Smooches.

it's me once again, just to show you a card, I made a couple of days ago. For this card I used some cool kraft cardstock, and for the sentiment I used the Avery Elle stamp set "Cakes & Candles".
For the orange stars I colored some embossing paste with "Wild Honey" Distress Ink + used a stencil from Memory Box. The brush strokes in the background are from "Positive Strokes" with is made by Paper Smooches.

Beachy Birthday

Heute zeige ich schon auch eine Karte, die ich im Auftrag meiner Eltern für den Geburtstag meines Bruders gemacht habe. Er fährt demnächst mit Freunden in den Urlaub, deswegen war eine Stand Karte gefragt. Dafür habe ich von verschiedenen Stempelsets (Lawn Fawn, Paper Smooches und The Alley Way Stamps) Strandmotive zusammen gesucht, um eine schöne Szene zu gestalten. Zum Colorieren habe ich meine Derwent Inktense Stifte benutzt. Den hellblauen Himmel habe ich mit Distress Inks und viel Wasser gestaltet.

Today I'd like to show you a card which was an order from my Patents. They asked me for a beach card for my brothers birthday. So I put together some motifs from different stamp sets (Lawn Fawn, Paper Smooches and The Alley Way Stamps) to create a nice scene. I coloured it in ith my Derwent Inktense pencils and the backround was made from some different Distress Inks and much water.

This card takes part at the actual Lawnscaping challenge: watercoloring challenge.

hier habe ich eine der Karten, die ich für meinen Freund zum 30. gemacht habe. Dafür habe ich Embossing Paste eingefärbt und eine Schablone von Tim Holtz verwendet. Die Klartextstempel habe ich mit Hero Arts Dye Ink Ocean auf Patterned Paper gestempelt.

Viel Spass damit und macht's gut!

this is one of the cards I made for my boxfriends 30th birthday. I colored some embossing paste into a cool Aqua and used a stencil from Tim Holtz. Than I stamped the sentiments onto some patterned paper and adhered is with some foam square onto my card.

heute wollte ich euch nur kurz eine Karte zeigen, die ich mit dem Set "Tree Friends" von Mama Elephant gemacht habe. Ich habe den Baum mit Hero Arts Chalk Ink "Latte" gestempelt und mit Copics coloriert.

Dazu noch ein paar schöne Perlen von Doodlebug, und das wars dann auch schon.

ich bins mal wieder!

Ich bin leider aktuell total im Lernstress, aber diese Karte wollte ich euch trotzdem gern zeigen. Das war eine Auftrags- Hochzeitskarte, und ich habe dafür tolles weinrotes Samt Papier und meine neue wunderbare Schleifen-Die von Mama Elephant benutzt. Die ist einfach nur wunderhübsch. Gestempelt habe ich mit Hero Arts Charcoal Ink, dazu noch ein bisschen Patterned Paper und ein paar Glasperlen ins silber, und fertig!

Was sagt ihr dazu?

It's me again. Actually I'm quite busy because I have a few exams in the next weeks, but I wanted to share this card with you although. This was an ordered wedding card, and for creating it I used some dark red velvet paper, and my new bow-die from Mama Elephant. Isn't it just gourgeous? I just LOVE it!

I stamped the german sentiment (which dass something like " searched and found - united in love" - I know, quite corny) with Hero Arts Charcoal Ink, added some patterned paper and a few silber glass pearls and than - finished!

Hier habe ich eine schöne bunte Karte, mit vieeelen bunten Luftballons. Therese Calvird hat HIER eine ganz wunderbare gemacht, ich musste sie einfach "casen".
Diese Technik mit den Mehr-Lagen Die-Cuts ist einfach genial und sieht super aus! Davon werde ich euch hier in nächster Zeit noch mehr zeigen, das gefällt mir einfach zu gut.

Dann wollte ich euch noch die Einladungskarten zeigen, die ich für die Feier zum 30. meines Freundes gemacht habe. Nichts besonders, One-Layer und ganz schlicht, aber es mussten ja auch einige gemacht werden. Die Lampions wurden in unterschiedlichen Farben mit Distress Inks coloriert, so war jede Karte etwas anders.

Ich hoffe euch gefallen die Karten.

here I have a cool colorful card, with maaaany balloons on it. Therese Calvird made HERE an absolutely gorgeous one, and I just had to case it!
This technique with the layered die-cuts is just genious and I absolutely love it!
I'll show you some more cards with this in the future, because I just like it too much.

Then I also wanted to show you one of the invitation cards, I made for the big Party of my boyfriend's 30. birthday. Nothing spectacular, just One Layer, but because I had to make quite a lot of them, I had to keep it quite simple. The coloring was done with Distress Inks, and I changed the colors for every cards, so every card has its own look and color combo.

Auch ich bin den wunderbaren Pandas von Pandamonium (Mama Elephant) komplett verfallen. Hier die erste Karte, die ich mit ihnen gemacht habe.

Recht schlicht gehalten, verschiedener texturierter Cardstock, den ich ich mit Dies von Mama Elephant gestanzt habe,und ein paar Herzen von Lawn Cuts.

For Mother's Day

Hallo,

Ich bins mal wieder. Etwas verspätet, wollte ich euch noch diese Karte zeigen, die ich meiner Mama diese Jahr zum Muttertag gemacht habe. Dafür habe ich das Reh erst angeklebt, und den Hintergrund mit Distress Inks geblendet.

Kurz bevor ich die Karte verschenkt habe, hab ich das Reh doch noch coloriert, geplant war das jedoch nicht. Leider habe ich davon auch kein Foto mehr.

Wie findet ihr es so wie es auf dem Foto ist?

Its me again, and I wanted to show you a card I made for my mum for this year's Mother's Day (I know - I'm sooo Lage with showing the card here!)
OK, so for this card, I first stamped the deer, masked it and then blended the background with various Distress Inks.
Just before I habe the card to my mum, I decided to color the deer in, after all.
Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture, which I could show you here.
So, but what do you think oft the non-colored deer?
