colorful jungle fever feat. MFT

Hallo Ihr Lieben,

heute wollte ich euch eine schöne bunte Karte zeigen, die ich für die aktuelle Stempelküche-Challenge (Regenbogen) gemacht habe. Ich habe dafür den MFT-Vogel verwendet, den ich schon von einiger Zeit bei Instagram gezeigt habe. Den bunten Hintergrund habe ich mit einer Schablone von The Crafters Workshop und verschiedenen Pigment Inks gestaltet.

Die Karte darf außerdem noch bei der aktuellen Seize the Birthday - Anything Goes Challenge mitmachen.

Ich hoffe ihr mögt die Karte und schaut bald mal wieder vorbei!

today I'm back with another colorful fun card. I used the MFT-bird from birds of paradise, I tried some Copic-no line coloring (maybe you've already seen this guy at my IG feed). For the background, I used a stencil by The Crafter's Workshop and several pigment inks.

Untypische Weihnachtskarte Vol. II - Stempelküche Challenge #8

Hallo Ihr Lieben, 

ich wollte euch heute mal nochmal an die aktuell laufende Stempelküche Challenge erinnern! Dazu habe ich nochmal eine doch eher untypische Karte gewerkelt, mit schwarzem Grund und knalligen Farben! Die benutzten Stempel von Paper Smooches und Lawn Fawn findet ihr in der wunderbaren Stempelküche! Und falls ihr schon fleißig wart und schon eine Karte verlinkt habt, wieso nicht noch etwas anderes ausprobieren und nochmal mitmachen?

Also, ihr habt noch Zeit bis Dienstag, den 9. Dezember, um eure Werke zu verlinken!

It's me again, and because there is still time to join the actual Stempelküche Challenge, I made another card to inspire you :) ! I think its also a quite unusual christmas card, because the background is black, but the sentiment and the trees are colored in bold colours! So I really hope you'll join the fun too and link up your interpretation of an untypical christmas card! And if you already linked up one, why don't play along once more? Stempelküche Challenge #8 - Untypische Weihnachtskarte / untypical christmas card

Hallo zusammen, 

hier bin ich mal wieder, und jaa, es ist wieder Zeit für eine neue Challenge bei der Stempelküche! Leider schon die zweite im November, was leider auch heißt, schon wieder die letzte, bei der ich Gastdesignerin sein darf :(

Aber genug gejammert ;), für die nächsten zwei Wochen heißt das Thema:

Ein tolles Thema wie ich finde, denn hier sind der Kreativität ja praktisch keine Grenzen gesetzt!

untypische Farben, Stempel, Muster,... da gibt es soviel, mit dem man uns und sich selbst überraschen kann! Ich bin sicher, ihr habt dazu einige Ideen, auf die ich niemals gekommen wäre (ich bin ja schon sooo gespannt! :))

Macht wieder ganz fleißig mit, ihr habt wieder Zeit bis Dienstag, den 09. Dezember, um eure Werke zu verlinken!

Ich habe mich bei meiner Karte für (wie ich finde) eher untypische Farben und durch die Strahlen auch für ein besonderes Weihnachts-Karten Muster entschieden. Dafür habe ich mit meinem Washi Tape die einzelnen Strahlen abgeklebt und dann mit meinen Mini-Sponge-Daubern und Stempelfarben von Hero Arts (Cornflower, Raspberry Jam und Butterbar) und Distress Ink (Pine Needles) eingefärbt. Die benutzten Stempel sind von Lawn Fawn (Bannerific und Violets ABC), diese tollen Sachen gibts alle bei der Stempelküche, geht doch mal schauen ;)

Also, ich freue mich tierisch auf eure Werke!

I'm back today, and yesss, it's that time again, Carolin starts a new Challenge over at the Stempelküche-Challenge today! I'm just a little bit sad, because its already the second one in November, which means also, the last one with me joining the awesome designteam.. :(
But no time for sadness, lets talk about the new challenge ;)
For the next two weeks, we want to see your creations for

UNTYPICAL CHRISTMAS CARDS

unusual colors, not christmas related stamps, unusual sketches... whatever!

I'm sure your creativity and ideas will overwhelm us and I just can't wait to see your creations!

For my card, I decided to go with some (I think) not so christmassy colors, and (for a christmas card) an unusal sketch. First of all, I taped down my washi tape to get the raises onto my card front. Then I went totally with my mini ink daubers with my favorite colors by Hero Arts (Cornflower, Raspberry Jam und Butterbar) and Distress Ink (Pine Needles). For the stamping, I used stamps by Lawn Fawn (Bannerific and Violet's ABC). You can find all these products and many more at Carolin's great online shop Stempelküche, just head over and have a look.

Stempelküche Challenge #7 - Strukturpaste

Hallo Ihr Lieben, 

ich bins mal wieder, und zwar heute mit meinem ersten Beitrag als Stempelküche-Gastdesignerin :)

Bei der Challenge #7 möchten wir gerne alle eure tollen Kreationen mit Struktur/Embossing Paste sehen!

Stencils sind ja gerade total im Trend, aber mit Embossing Pastes kann man ja noch tausende andere Dinge anstellen! Zeigt uns, was ihr schönes mit ihr zaubert, wir sind gespannt!

Für meine Karte habe ich für den Hintergrund verschiedene Distress Inks (Shaded Lilac, Seedless Preserves und Chipped Sapphire) geblendet. Anschließend habe ich meine mit Hilfe einer Schablone meine silberne Embossing Paste aufgetragen. Für noch mehr "blingbling" habe ich dann noch kleine Punkte mit meinem Wink of Stella-Pinsel gemalt. Der Banner-Stempel ist von Lawn Fawn, embosst mit WOW Ultrahigh Embossing Powder. Die süssen Pinguine sind von Mama Elephant. 

Ich hoffe ich konnte euch hiermit ein bisschen inspirieren und bin schon sooo gespannt auf eure Werke!

I'ts me again, and I'm back today with my first card for the Stempelküche Challenge, where I'm a guest designer in November. For challenge #7 we'd love to see all your wonderful creations usin embossing paste! Stencil are at the moment absolutely trendy, but you can do thousands of other great things with your embossing paste. So please show us, what you are creating, we are so excited!

For my card, I've blended the background with several Distress Inks (Shaded Lilac, Seedless Preserves and Chipped Sapphire), after that, I applied my silver paste via using a star stencil. Then I used my Wink of Stella brush to apply some shiny little dots. I stamped the banner (from Lawn Fawn) and embossed it with WOW Ultrahigh Embossing powder. The super sweet pengiuns are from Mama Elephant.

I really hope I was able to tickle your creativity a little bit, and really, I am soooo curious about your creations! You'll have time to link up until Tuesday, November 25th.
