birthday cats feat. Mama Elephant

Hey ihr,

hier bin ich wieder mit einer neuen Karte, mit den witzigen "Little Cat Agenda" von Mama Elephant. Ich habe einige für den Hintergrund gestempelt und dann auch noch zwei mit Copics coloriert.

Die "Happy" Stanze habe ich aus grauem Foam gestanzt. Die Buchstaben Stempel sind von Hero Arts.

today I'm back showing you a simple card using "little cat agenda" by Mama Elephant. I stamped a few of the cats for the background and also colored two with Copics. For the "happy" die cut, I used grey foam. The ABC stamps are by Hero Arts.

Hallo ihr Lieben, 

heute habe ich eine Weihnachtskarte für euch ;)

ich habe das wunderhübsche Rentier von Hero Arts (Holzstempel) in gold embosst und mit meinen Copics coloriert.

Für Weihnachtskarten mag ich den Vintage-Look sehr gern, deswegen habe ich die Ränder der mit Distress Ink in braun geblendet und distressed.

Dann noch ein bisschen Karo-Washi und Sequins in weihnachtlichen Farben, und schon fertig :)

today I have a christmas card, for which I used the Hero Arts reindeer. I stamped and embossed in gold and after that I colored it using my Copics.

Since I like a Vintage look for Christmas cards, I distressed and blended the edges of the card with brown Distress Inks.

Then i used added some Sequins and plaid Washi tape, and finished :)

Watercolor Birthdays

Hey Ihr Lieben,
ich hoffe es geht euch allen gut :)
Heute zeige ich euch zwei Karten, die ich nach dem gleichen Prinzip gewerkelt habe.
Man kann die beiden glaub ich auch unter "Trial and Error" verbuchen.

Eigentlich wollte ich die emboss-resist Technik verwenden, aber das hat nicht so toll geklappt, man konnte die schöne Schrift gar nicht mehr gut lesen. Dann ist mir aber die iron-off Methode eingefallen, die ich sowieso noch nie ausprobiert habe - also wars endlich an der Zeit :)
Jetzt am Ende find ich die beiden Karten doch ganz ok - ich hoffe ihr auch!

today I'd like to show you two cards which you can call "trial and error"... First I wanted to do cards using the emboss-resist technique, but it doesn't work that good so you weren't able to read the sentiment really good.

But then I remembered the iron-off technique, which I didn't try out already.

Now at the and I quite like the cards, also there are not perfect for sure..

Confetti happy with Simon Says Stamp and Mama Elefant

Hey Ihr Lieben,
tut mir so leid dass ich im Moment so wenig hier zeigen kann, in der Arbeit gehts immer noch richtig rund.. Aber heute zeige ich euch eine Karte, die ich am letzten Wochenende fertiggebracht habe. Ich hab letztens eine wunderbare Lieferung von Simon Says Stamp erhalten, und da war unter anderem auch die Schablone "Falling Snow" mit drin. Im Moment bin ich aber echt so gaaar nicht im Weihnachtskarten Fieber (ist glaub ich einfach noch nicht lange genug her :) , sodass ich überlegt habe, was ich sonst mit der Schablone machen könnte. Die Lösung - Konfetti Regen! Yeah!!
Also hab ich meine Strukturpaste und einige bunte Distress Inks (ich glaube es waren Seedless Preserves, Picked Raspberry, Mustard Seed, Peacock Feathers und Mowed Lawn???) ausgepackt und erstmal schön miteinander vermischt und anschließend auf den Cardstock geschmiert. Das wunderbare Happy-Die Cut von Mama Elephant habe ich diesmal aus türkisem Moosgummi ausgeschnitten.

so sorry for being here rarely, I have a quite rough time at work at the moment.. but today, I'd love to show you a card a managed to finish last weekend :)
I got some wonderful new supplies from Simon Says Stamp the other week, and I just could't wait to try theme. Among a few others, I got the great "Falling Snow" Stencil. But at the moment, I'm just not in the mood for anymore christmas cards. So, I was thinking of what I could do else with this stencil - answer: Confettis! Yeah ;)
So I took out my embossing paste and mixed it up with some of my Distress Inks (I think it was Seedless Preserves, Picked Raspberry, Mustard Seed, Peacock Feathers and Mowed Lawn??) and smeared it onto the cardstock. For the absolutely beautiful "Happy" die cut I just foam in aqua/teal.

Hier nochmal eine Karte, die ich ins GDT Rennen für Paper Smooches schicken möchte

Es ist eine richtige pinke - Einhorn- Mädchenkarte mit Regenbogen.

Verwendet habe ich dafür eine Die von Memory Box und Wasserfarben. Das Einhorn aus "Spectrum" habe ich mit Copics coloriert.

Ich hoffe wirklich dass sie euch gefällt!

This one is a real pink - unicorn - girlie card with a rainbow.

For the rainbow pattern I took a memory box die and some watercolors.

I colored the unicorn from "Spectrum" with my copics.

Das wollte ich schon lange mal machen, eine Karte mit den Pastellfarben von Hero Arts. Die "Artistic Butterflies" wollte ich schon ewig haben, und dann habe ich sie erstmal gar nicht benutzt :-)

Die Sprüche von Ali Edwards sehen toll aus, und die aus "Bring on the sun" sind alle besonders schön.

That's what I wanted to do for a while, a card with pastel tones from Hero Arts. I've chased the "Artistic Butterflies" for a long time, and then, when I had them, I didn't use them for a time :-)

The sayings from Ali Edwards look great, and the ones from "Bring on the sun" are all wunderful.

mit den Farben der aktuellen ColourQ #225 teilnehmen wird. Also zwei Fliegen mit einer Klappe :-)

Ganz zufrieden bin ich zwar nicht, aber nun ja. Ich mag die "Pompons", die ich aus den Resten des Die Cuts gemacht habe.

Today I've got a card to share, which a made for the actual Paper Smooches Sparks! Challenge (Anything Goes). I used the colors from the actual ColourQ #225 challenge, so I killed to birds with one stone :-)

I'm not absolutely happy with this card, but it's Ok. I like the "pompons" I made from the rest of the die cut.
